These forms support clinical priorities like risk identification, safeguarding, and legal compliance. While the initial form is streamlined, we maintain the depth needed for safe, effective care.

From July 2025, we’ll begin work to scale to hundreds of thousands of automated referrals annually. With 20,000 annual referrals already automated, we’re expanding into smarter forms, enhanced pathways, and real-time dashboards.

Our design will enable, unattended robots to seamlessly process referrals into our RIO EPR, keeping both referrers and services informed at every stage. They flag issues proactively and operate 24/7 on the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring continuous, reliable service.
